Academic Coaching

I am offering individualized time management packages aimed at college students. Long term academic coaching is beneficial for some students, but many students need help understanding how to make the most of their time and how to implement new study strategies. I will work with you over the course of two hour-long sessions to create a plan that works with your specific needs. Whether you have learning disabilities/ADHD, are an athlete, hold a job, want to find time to join in activities at school, or are facing new demands such as writing a senior thesis, short-term academic coaching can help.

Study strategies, how to avoid procrastination and time management are topics that have a lot of overlap. Each page has its own focus but I hope that you take time to find elements from each page to help you develop a stronger approach to all of your work.

Basic Time Management

Included in your time management academic coaching package is access to handouts that I have created to support the students I work with on campus. The handouts are also available without a coaching package for $15 for 4 months. Topics include study strategies, procrastination, how to write an email to your professor and more.

One-on-One Coaching

A personalized time management package includes up to 3 hours of my time. I will read your syllabi and find pertinent information about your school that can help you plan your semester/quarter prior to our first meeting. During our first meeting I will spend one hour working with you over Zoom to create a Google calendar or establish another way to help you stay organized. The second hour-long meeting will focus on what parts of the time management plan worked for you and what did not. We will work through alternate ways to approach your work. Interspersed throughout each session will be study strategies and suggestions for improving your approach to school work. There will be time for questions from you in each meeting. The cost for this package is $300 and includes access to my handouts, templates, and weekly tips.

Please note that I do NOT provide any mental health support as part of academic coaching.
Academic coaching does not guarantee an improvement in grades.
